Volunteer

CCD welcomes volunteers from all over the world to serve and help the children and adults we work with. Volunteering is a life-changing experience and provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of abandoned and disabled children and adults. With volunteers to work alongside CCD staff it means more children can experience the love and care they need. Volunteers can bring fresh enthusiasm and ideas and are often a huge encouragement to staff and children alike.

Background Information

Volunteers are placed in one of our day-care centres in the Government homes (Fuang Fah, Rachawadee Girls or Rachawadee Boys), or our daycare centre in Rainbow House, all of which are in Pakkred. There are also opportunities to volunteer in CCD’s community-based projects too, although this often requires a longer time-commitment due to needing some Thai language skills.

How to apply

All volunteers will need to go through a screening process to ensure they are suitable to work with vulnerable children and adults. CCD works in partnership with For Life UK and CCD-USA in the screening and training of volunteers across the world. To apply, please contact the correlating person below according to where you live.
